Craig Bigelow may, from time to time, provide hyperlinks to social media pages belonging to third parties (Linked Pages). We do not control the content posted on the Linked Pages and we are therefore not responsible for any content found on them. We provide these hyperlinks for your convenience only and do not endorse or approve any of the content found within Linked Pages. We do not take any responsibility or warrant the accuracy of any aspect of content or information provided on the Linked Pages.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect the security of our social media accounts (our Account), there remains a risk that our Account may be hacked or hijacked by a third party. In the event that this occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that we regain control of our Account as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for any inappropriate Linked Pages or Content posted while our Account was not under our control.
Craig Bigelow takes reasonable care to ensure that our intellectual property or trademarks are not misused by a third party. However, if a third party uses our intellectual property or trademarks to promote spam links to third party websites (Spam) or malicious software, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the unapproved content is removed from our social media pages as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any Content posted or damage caused by Spam or malicious software.
